Andrew Keen is a purpose-driven executive leader with extensive experience in high-performing people and workforce practice across the private and government sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Business, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), and an alumnus of the Williamson Community Leadership Program (WCLP20).

Andrew has served on several not-for-profit boards, including as former Chair of Disability Sport and Recreation Victoria, where he helped drive inclusion and accessibility in community sport. At Freedom Sports Foundation, Andrew brings strategic insight, governance expertise, and a deep commitment to creating opportunities where people of all abilities can thrive through sport and recreation.
